I don't know how to make mine a down loadable link, but it's pretty simple and concise. Updated from what i sent @Macho years ago. It includes maintenance escrow balance and EFS card balance.

@TAfool I will download and try yours next time I'm on WiFi with the laptop. I'm so used to the one I got that it's easy for me.

It must be a blue moon or something. The WalMart on Columbia Ave in Riveraide, Ca only took an hour and half to unload and give me back the bills. Went and got the trailer washed and fueled and headed over to WCC and the load and bills where ready to go at 1900 and the appt time was for 2000. I should probably buy a lottery ticket. Lol

Wow! You guys are all gung-ho on that stuff. If I have to spend more than 30 seconds doing entries my head explodes!

I just use mine for a down and dirty "what's it gonna be next week" kinda thing. Enter miles, fuel-def $, any stops, # of fuelings and that's about it.

I think I'm sweating....my head hurts

 

My wife is an accountant for a billion dollar company and shes my CFO so she makes me keep real good track of everything. Hell I scan all my receipts into Quicken for her too. I do think she keeps track of all the junk food i eat too LOL

 

Yes, I hear ya.

I have a separate file for complete tracking but wanted something that only takes a few seconds to fill out and shows what to expect for the coming pay.

Also, the WCC loads more than produce. This load has bills for beef, chicken, fish, and produce. All at 34 degrees.
