I've lived within 20 min of Martens home base all my life, I'll never go there. I'm sure it's different now, but seems they went more towards the typical mega carrier route.

Probably a smart move. They're offering cut rates to Wal-mart even Prime won't touch.

Shelbyville last year now Lewiston.. If I were an Olney driver I'd be a little concerned.

I hope they don't oust my carrier - Wally World in the Dirty Lew is one of my two tickets home, and I'd rather not do the Shaw's in Wells on a regular.

    NavigatorWife and LindaPV Thank this.

Why go to Marten and work for slave wages compared to what Walmart pays its drivers? Better off applying at Wally World to get the full benefit of driving with them

    NavigatorWife Thanks this.

You can have similar photos with just about any company and even owner Ops, especially Marten. You will always have drivers who make dumb moves, even the most experience ones do dumb stuff.

Slime has been bombarding the Phoenix area career builder for like 5 months now. With the pup trailer that's needed for all the money the lease op's make, I can't believe they need drivers.

Average lease driver at Prime earns $1100. It's not like they are rich. Prime is a starter/training company so they will always need drivers.
