The first day of orientation as soon as he saw me he said he wouldn't give a Mack.

 

Im doing the wytheville gatorade shuffle also. Dropped in Indy a few hours and reloaded across the stree t headed back to wytheville.

All these Gatorade loads. You would think it was summer or something.

Had a mini melt down at that Indy consignee. Was told to go out other gate as I was bobtail but one gate was padlocked and the other needed a code and with all that back and forth driving around the facility it switched me to driving and i logged 30 mins before I realized.

Hope no-one was watching my camera at the time.

Oh and I tried calling my driver manager while there to see if I should grab an empty only to be told they are doing a different job now.

I thought about asking who my new manager is but then figured if I needed to know, I would have been told already.

 

I think I passed you going out as I was coming in? I also got a load coming out of the place down the street, but mine wasn't ready. Yea. When they finally finished loading it, I decided to just stay put and get up early tomorrow and run it down.

 

Yeah I call my dm spook,I know he works here just cant get in touch with him lol.Anyway coming off hometime got a deadhead back to Richmond for in the morning,hopefully can persuade them to give me something going west.

 

I left about 5:30 there was another Abilene pulling in but i thought it was a kw.

I did see you pulling out of the wytheville pilot this morning though.

 

I think it was me. I got there about that time. I stopped, took an hour and did my cooking so I wouldn't have to do it tonight.

 

That was about the time of my tantrum and I wasn't in much a waving mood so...

 

Tantrum ... Got to call Safety and get a copy of that camera footage... Adding it to the fun events during the year for the Annual Christmas Party... Everyone will love to see it.

 

Seems to be a bit of shuffling going around.

 

LOL ... Oh sure, I'm all set for orientation and NOW I read all the, "Stuck in loops" "Overweight refers" "Can't get hold of DM" "My DM moved and no idea who the new one is" .... Stuff!

Gotta love it! LOL

Trish called me yesterday to ask if I'm a smoker so they set me up with the right trainer. I am but said I won't smoke in another's truck. We were joking around a bit and I told her (kiddingly) I wanted John. She's like Ummmm .. LOL

I also mentioned I "may" have to back off orientation from the 6th to the following Monday the 11th. All my stuff I'll need on the road is in storage and yep, at the back and buried pretty deep. So I have to pull pretty much everything out to get at it. It's been nothing but torrential downpours here for the past 3 days. Told me to call her Tuesday and let her know. My week in this motel is up today and being the 4th in a major tourist town, it might be better to just keep it one more week to make sure I keep the same rate and get everything ready to go.
