Can't keep track without a program these days.

 

Forget trying to sleep there. 1st night in trainer's truck we stopped there. I counted 9 trains that night, 7 of which had attention seeking drivers hanging off the horn.

 

Spoke too soon, looks like I am out of the Gatorade loop. Got a dh run back dropping an empty at hp in chester.

I reckon RC or Finfn made a call and got me booted so they could have Gatorade to themselves.

 

JET is Jo Tippet. She was a part time weekend DM, but I hear she is full time now.

Just parked at the Flying J in Campbell, Oh. As I am supposed to deliver in Mountain Top, PA Tuesday morning and I am out of hours until Tuesday.....We'll take tomorrow off.

 

Hey John, the training structure makes sense to me. The pleasure was mine as well. I really enjoyed our conversation. I'm humbled you've read that much of my thread. I really wanted to create a true perspective of what it was like to enter this industry from the beginning for anyone considering it. I'm only bummed it had to end with all the family matters that took place inside my first (and only) 2 years driving.

It would be an honor to have you train me. I've spoken to many veteran drivers but never had the opportunity to learn from one first hand. At first I was a little bummed about delaying my start from the 6th to the 11th. But as always, the Good Lord knows best and as you said, timing is everything.

Amazing how that works ... eh?

As I mentioned, I did send an email to Trish about the date change that I know she won't see until Tuesday morning but I'll call her as well. So yup, This week I'll get all my stuff out of storage and loaded in the car. Probably roll out Sunday morning for Richmond. Can't wait!

Naw Redtwin I'm out that loop right now,got me a 10000 pound phoenix hill load.Currently sitting in Osseo,Wi,gonna try to make Beach,ND tomorrow.

Oh and Johnathan's the guy that sits at the window in Richmond.AT least I think that's his name lol.

Oh, so my short lived stint at Gatorade was really just to get you out of the loop so you could jump a gravy west coast run.

I see how it is.
