The QC directions is the correct truck routing into Halls, albeit partly thru a residential area. By the time you park on the street, your arms will about fall off from all the turns you'll be making. Park on the street and walk your paperwork in. Make sure you have your drivers license AND registration to the truck when you walk up to the guard house.

    Redtwin and KD5AXG Thank this.

I have had that same run multiple times. I have a Garmin, and don't have an issue getting in and out of South Plainfield. It's I-95 that gives me issues. I'm seriously thinking about taking the long way around next time I have to run that ###### interstate.

    Just curious .... 501 Kentile Rd. ?

287 - Exit 5 - Left on Stelton Rd - Right on Hamilton Blvd - Stay left on Hamilton - Right on Belmont Ave - Left on Metuchen Rd - Right on Kentile Rd. to 501?

    Just playing here

Or from I95 ..... 287 Exit 4 to Durham Ave to Hamilton Blvd to Belmont .....

I hear ya. For most of my self employed life I only took 2 holidays off. Thanksgiving and Christmas. On occasion I was building in developments that wouldn't allow "noise" on Memorial day or 4th of July. But that was a rare bonus ... lol

BH distributor in Durham. Falls into the WTH? category. Pull around bldg. To the right side of that pole is the "dock". Just on the outside of the bushes is the street. And mud holes where the tires will be once in said "dock". Would love to try to get in there in the daylight, but would block the entrance for the employees so I get to do it in the dark in the semi-wee hours tomorrow. Lord have mercy cause I have a feeling I'm about to be cussing in the morning.

And just to make it more interesting, can't slide my tandems any farther up (even though they could go a few holes more) because it is one with the red button and is missing the bar that you whack (technical term!) when they won't move. Got it when I was in Groveport, but hit it here and it wouldn't budge. So, when I leave, it's going to be ever o interesting. Left turn just past those bushes. Street, trees, curbs, fences, oh my!

@RebelChick ... At least they were nice enough to patch the topside of that ramp for ya. Looks empty now. Can you take a practice run or two for the setup now when it's light?

The exit 5 directions look pretty straightforward until you get there and the streets are narrow and cars are parallel parked. There was one right turn where I had no less than 4 lanes blocked just to make it.

Recommended route is exit 4 but takes a much wider path on presumably (hopefully!) wider roads.

Yeah, exit 4 is they way I'd go. From a Google areal view it seems the best option.
