If you see a load @1.40 or better jump on it.

I've been looking but can't find anything over 1.10 heading east unless I want to bounce all over and I ain't the Whipper who's willing to hold out for better.

    freightwipper Thanks this.

I called recruiting to get some info and see what the real story is.
They didn't sound happy on the phone, I'm thinking becauss they get commission on drivers brought on and now Schneider is limiting them.

SNI. Trucking. All of it. Working on a plan to be able to leave at the end of my lease if not before. Absolutely sick of it all. It gets harder to go back every time it's time to leave home.

I saw one of those and it was gone in .0001 seconds.
    Still looking.
I've got another two days to figure out what I'm going to do.

    Goodluck.

You sound like another member on here also whom is planning on leaving.
I think people in general are getting tired of all the BS in trucking that's only increasing.

Lone Ranger 13 and 48Packard Thank this.

Bingo. 20 years is plenty. I'm fortunate that at 55, I can at least try to recapture some old skills I used to have to make a living. It may be a pipe dream, and I may end up driving til I die...but if I don't try, I'll always regret it.

Because they want the apps to keep coming in so they can cherry pick drivers much like they do loads for company trucks....lol

As long as they keep a line of people wanting to come on board they don't need to pay recruiting bonuses.
