Yea there was 2 more released but they were more like Dukes of Hazzard than Smokey and the Bandit. They had trucks in it but they were in the background rather than the theme of the movie. Basically the same as Bandit 3 where Reed was driving the car instead of a truck. It was an entirely different cast in the last two, younger Bandit.

 

That was a hot lil mama in the P.U. in Hi Ballin!lol Had the hots for ole Peter That was the first trucking movie I saw Reed play in. W.W. and the Dixie Dance Kings was pretty good. Reed and Burt and Don Williams was in it. Art Carney was the star of that one even though he wasnt billed as the star. lol He did a great job chasin the devil! (Burt) lol

 

Black Top was another decent movie. Had Meat Loaf playing the role of a psychotic trucker.

 

Yea he was a psychotic trucker in Black Dog with Patrick Swayze too. Had Randy Travis in it. He was a Bible Thumpin Trucker Killer in that one!LOL
