What exactly do they sell/am I hauling?. The bills only say NMFC or something like that. Normally I wouldn't care, but things got a bit dicey at the FL agriculture inspection station. Officer asked what I was hauling, I said NMFC and when he asked what that was apparently "your guess is as good as mine" is not an acceptable answer. I handed him the thick stack of BOLs, he took one look then decided he cared even less than I did and sent me on my way.
There seems to be about 5 duplicates of each BOL for each store and all mixed up. Should I sort them out by store?. I hope so, because that is what I did and paper clipped them together.
I would have stopped by to help your Mom eat that BBQ if I knew I was that close.MidWest_MacDaddy and Finfn1372 Thank this. -

I've been reading this whole thread, start to finish. It's taken me over a week. Been an enjoyable, educational read. It'll be weird if I ever meet you folks in person, because it'll be like meeting characters from a book you enjoyed reading.
But I have a nosy question: Whatever happened to Cranky Yankee? Seems like he hasn't posted in this thread since March, and it looks like his account has been deleted. I enjoyed reading his comments, and hope he's okay.WotansVolkman Thanks this. -
@Redtwin the store is like pier one. They sell overpriced furniture, food, pillows, pics, etc.

The food would be the reason for the reefer I guess. Never had a reefer load that was set so high at 66. Its on start stop and its really annoying me now. -
Just a heads up if anyone pays cash for the scale etc. Payroll doesn't seem to catch the transflowed receipts unless there is a correlating efs charge
I found one scale ticket that wasn't reimbursed last month and when I called I was told it was because I paid cash and didn't write "cash" on cover sheet.
I had 2 more trips with scale tickets before I was told this and sure enough there was no reimbursement for them on this last statement.
I usually like paying cash as it simplifies the settlement statement and I don't have to waste time playing 20 questions at the t stop.
