Same thing with our new mini-excavator. Best I've figured out is 3 chains to get the bucket, back blade and 4 points.
Here is a pic of the first time I loaded it until I realized it weighed > 10k so I couldn't classify it as a light truck and use only 2 chains.

Wasn't a bad town to grow up in. Lots of outdoor stuff to do, camping, skiing, outdoor hockey, swimming, fishing. And a trip to Toronto to go see a major sporting event was only 3.5 hours away.
Good sized city to have most of the major amenities without the crime / traffic headaches of a big city.Dye Guardian Thanks this. -
Macavoy and Ruthless,
Are your straight trucks running with beds that are fixed, dump, or rollback?
They would both make great hay hauling trucks, by the way.Last edited: Jul 8, 2016

@Lastkidpicked fixed 24' bed. Setup to mount a forklift or pull a tagalong style trailer.
Would make a good hay truck: 475 cat, RTLO16713A, 3.70 eaton.... Cept it's a curb sniffer and as @Rugerfan can tell you: gotta have a hood to have a cool hay truckMJ1657, Dye Guardian and Lastkidpicked Thank this.
