WRONG!! I vote against the Wooly Rhino.
    .
He is a 2 year employee, his work place knows him. And the charges will be reduced dramatically.

    Trucker1115 Thanks this.

Okay, I bow to those of you with more mercy in your heart then I have for a speeding four wheeler who cuts across lanes to exit. I would hate for every little mistake I made to ruin my career so it is good of you to point out that to me. I stand judged guilty of judging others not as I would like to be judged.

Saw the exit coming, tried to speed up to catch it, saw the other car speed up so the race was on. Ever think about slowing down with turn signal on to show need to get over....or just go to the next exit and come back to the exit you wanted. My real question....does the OP drive without regard for rules or others at his job? Thinking maybe his employer Safety department will be looking at his past driving history a bit closer.

Sorry but with 20+ years in a medic unit, and 10 years working in a mortuary....I have no sympathy for a "professional" driver, let alone a regular 4 wheeler who gets caught!

Id definitely get an Attorney and get the wreckless driving dismissed if possible. Since you already have your permit, it will count as a CDL Serious Offense- get 2 of them in 3 years and your CDL is gone for 60 days, probably your job too and will be hard to get another job until it drops off your record in 3 years. Good luck.

I've seen your posts, especially with topics like this one. Somehow, I don't think you would allow yourself to get into this situation...and if you do get caught, I would like to think that you would understand the consequences and the rule of law and the penalties.
