That's better than being broke down in Indianapolis. Turbo issue is all I know right now. Had issues heading out Tuesday with only 16500 on. Put 45000 on and it wouldn't shift from 11th to 12th and wouldn't get over 60 mph. Sigh!!!!! ☹️

 

I averaged a dismal 57 mph for this trip. That's horrid. I'll never see 3000 miles a week at this rate.

 

Have you tried to send then a message via QC? Something like "ready to roll coach" or "where are we going today" ... Or just call in and ask if you have another load on you or what's available?

Ok, so you have time to both sit and wait a bit for a load or just call and ask what's the plan. Squeaky wheel concept in a pesky persistent way.

Since I'm sitting all day, I moved my bedding and looked for you. I have an 1800 watt inverter in my truck. But I'm not sure if that's the same size in every Volvo. Should be but I can't guarantee that.

 

How long ago? Might be time to follow up with a simple phone call. Just a pleasant nudge of "hey, I still have six hours available. Where do you want me to go?"

 

Sounds right... I think that's what I was told too.

 

I went above the call of duty for my brother and visually checked. Lol. It does stink sitting here, but take note everyone...this is my fault....not Abilene's. Check your paperwork...specifically the date of delivery. Haha. I cleaned my truck though. Cleaned all my windows, armor all the plastics, swept out entire floor and armor all that too. I get 37 TV channels here. My fridge is full. I can't complain. Plus I'm early for my delivery. I'll sleep good tonight.
