The tablet has many problems.
Dash cam shuts off anytime.
Voice doesn't know left from right.
Have to reboot often.
Rm services keep stopping.
Magnetic back. So keep it away from phone or credit cards.
Drains while in use while your charging.
Volume is far to low
GPS part can crash.
And many more pros.
I do love the layout. If only they would fix the rest.
Oh and pay another $80.00 dollars for live traffic.
It's shameful.

Here I sit with a $500 tablet that's completely junk..
A lot of the issues have corrected themselves somehow.
The battery has completely crapped the bed on my tablet. Will no longer stay on wether it be plugged into the tablet or the mount. Using the supplied 12v power plug in.
No simple way to fix this probably except sending it in which take time and we work and use our tools for a living...
If you have a logical fix I'd love to hear it -
Have they even updated this thing once since it was made?
The maps dont have many of the truckstops or shippers I go to. -
Pablo returned my phone call. Not only does he have the WORST customer service out of a supervisor I have ever dealt with, rand McNally refuses to take care of a working trucker to replace a defective device. They're return policy might work for the casual user, it's is a terrible indie riot return and repair policy when you are selling a commercial product for commercial use. Waiting up to a month for a replacement is unacceptable...
Please take your business elsewhere. I'll be purchasing a new device not sold by Rand McNally.
