Thank you everyone for the positive and informative inputs. I have been talking to an o/o for FedEx ground to run teams for him, took a while for results on backbround and drug test but I'm finally approved.
I start tomorrow to learn running doubles with an experienced driver. I wonder if I'm suppose to have a badge and uniforms already?? cuz I don't have any of that.

It must suck not having any freedom. I missed a turn yesterday with a set of B-trains and pulled into a freshly cut rye field, spun it around and went back the way I came.

I know what bobtail means...that wasn't the joke. The joke was how do you get in trouble for turning the tractor (no trailer) around? Who cares...

It didn't make sense to me to either. It comes with the territory when working for a mega carrier.

True. you must be an o/o? I got enough money saved up to get my freedom papers (my own truck) but its don't seem like its worth it, I don't know enough to take a chance.
If I can find a broker that doesnt work for the devil, then I might try it in the future.
