I'm baaaaaack!!!!!!!!

Well, The Hot Chick just learned that she has been lied to buy two different people at Ivy Tech, and as a result she cannot go to school like she has been planning for since last year. She is extremely upset, and so am I. We predicated our actions based on information we received directly from the source (Ivy Tech's financial aid office) and learned this morning it was nothing more than assumptions and conjecture.

Months of planning, wasted.

I'm livid.

 

Sorry wasn't clear. I meant assumptions and conjecture on the part of the Ivy Tech employees who were telling her all her financial aid matters were in order and that she could order her books.

As much as I'd like a piece of anybody who made my wife cry, there isn't a single person I can go pound. It's a lousy, disorganized, not-my-job-mentality-having group of academics who have grown jaded and forgotten that they are dealing with human beings. I can't beat up a system.

 

Sorry no posts lately, ran out of high speed data so limited tho Wi-Fi til next week. Will do what I can.

 

Not dead yet, just limited to Wi-Fi til next week. And Flying J Wi-Fi still sucks rocks. I'll post when I can. Right now I need sleep; I've been doing at least 600mi/day for a couple weeks now. (That is not a complaint, just a reason for no free time)
