A rollover is a very serious wreck. It is literally no excuse to have one. Frankly you are already branded as stated by others in several different lists maintained to detect drivers like you who are already have had a serious accident or incident.

I think DAC prevents anyone who rolls a semi 5 years minimum, I posted at one time long ago a list of 20 DAC violations that disqualify a hire. Give me some time to dig that back up.

The Feds on PSP listing will also put against you on that rollover.

Your best best is to work for a very emphasis on very small dump truck type operation be it a gravel hauling or paving or whatever. I spent three good years enjoying same off the big road so to speak because I incurred a violation against myself once or twice. (I had a top end muscle car from the 70's which did not help any. 130 plus past a state trooper's farm with glasspacks howling by at 2 am does not help...) I did that to myself.

Im not trying to be a hardass but you are going to spend some time off the big road a while unless again you can find a person with a dump who does not care for your troubles in the past. If you do find such a person, be the best you can because second chances are very rare in life.

Here is the post I remembered from past converastations about DAC.

I will build a file on my computer and make this availible for anyone who post about DAC in the future.

    Here is this information...

Here is another source specifically about trying to get hired and some of the things that will essentially BAR you either a period of time up to including years and for a few such as a felony a life time ban on you being hired to truck.

    Source Link.

Q : I have used many services to look for a driving job but I'm having no luck at all. What would keep me from finding a truck driving job?

If you are having more difficulties than normal, there may be something in your driving record, MVR or DAC that is holding you back. The following are examples of items that might keep a company from contacting you for employment:

1 or more felonies in your lifetime
    A drug related felony conviction
10 years or older felony conviction
    Child pornography related conviction
    Convicted of a violent crime
    Firearm related conviction
Murder / Rape / Misconduct / Burglary / Robbery / Capital Theft conviction
    Assault & Battery
Conviction/ investigated / or suspected of involvement in of terrorist activities
    Currently on probation or parole
More than $5,000 of damage from a preventable accident in last 5 years
3 or more moving violations in last 3 yrs
3 or more preventable accidents in last 5 years
Truck abandonment in last 5 years
License suspension is less than 3 years old
1 or more moving violations over 15 mph in last 3 years
A DUI/DWI within the last 5 years or more than 2 DUI/DWIs ever.
Fired in the last 5 years
    Ever failed a drug screen
