Gliders are a no go if you are just coming on to the program. Believe if you are already there running one you are grandfathered in for now, but Sadwar has been on the program for a while, and he just got denied to bring one on

Anybody else noticing rates going lower and lower?
There use to be a time daily there would be loads from IN and Chicagoland to PA-NY for $2+
Now thats maybe $1.80 or less.

Seeing my contact freight ive ran a lot drop .10-.30 a mile as well in the past couple weeks.

    Boo :(

It's funny how rates are dropping, I used to run several dedicated accounts here at SNI and the contracts are usually 2 years and renew or get rebid for a January renewal.

Amazing how mid year rates magically drop.

I like being home on weekends and 1-2 nights a week.

Glider wise, not yet. I took a look at some, there were some nice condo and a really nice midroof, but it was sold. I'm focusing on the midroof tanker trucks. Since I could use it for tanker, van and Intermodel if I have to. Some tanker companies require a high no higher then 12'6" and I don't want to get stuck with a condo if in fact SNI won't let me sign on with a glider. The recruiter I talked to last week said nothing about not allowing gliders, so others are saying it's not allowed.

Our biggest account here (or so I think) the rates haven't changed thankfully.
A lot of other loads where the rate has stay the same since I've been here all of a sudden has changed in the past couple weeks.
Kinda expected it to happen unless freight picked up.. but it really hasn't. So no surprise but it still makes you sad to see a load you ran a bit no longer worth doing :(
    Oh well

No gliders is all about Schneider being 100% compliant for what should be a worthy tax break for Schneider.

When I asked the recruiter why no Gliders, she talked about Schneiders California freight, but we all know thats a bogus response considering most guys are happy triangulated near their regions.
