    Since the dynamic range has been altered on all of my radios, as well as one currently in your possession, yes I do. That was actually part of the process.

    Wow this is the first time you mentioned dynamic range, which of course your radio has 100db of dr, right?

    But the point is that the modifications to the agc circuit as posted has nothing with CB radios because the radios modified for using digital signal processing of very weak signals, far below what the hf bands ever see. The radios mentioned are VHF/UHF receivers, not the IC-7000 ham radio rig, for those who don't know.

    I just posted a link to that article because the AGC circuit is an often-overlooked item most people don't understand. In regards to the dynamic range why don't you put it on your bench and find out?
    I think you'll be pleasantly surprised when you see it goes well beyond that 100db dynamic range
