I'm sure I netted more in June and took a week off for jury duty. -

I think the fact that I have a Midroof and the trailer is 13'6" doesent help. There is also more than 3' cab to trailer distance.
I hate tarping!!!! I only carry 4' on my trailer. I would like a conistoga real bad but I think it would require a diffrent truck as well. I am having a hard time finding a coustemer that is worth the investment.
Ours just sits now. We had a dedicated chicago to east coast weekly with 7 to 12 stops that we lost a few months ago. The guy I'm leased to did it every week for 6 years. Sent us an email "your services are no longer required". I picked a load up out of there a couple of weeks ago off the board and they were loading a piece of junk with plastic Home Depot tarps for that run. The loaders were just shaking there heads. -
The pendulum is gona swing our way one of these days ...and boy when it does !!!

I'm seeing 7 to 8 mpg with my set up. Can only scale 48k though. We are 100% load board though and from what I've heard we're not getting much better rates then a regular flat. But you can't beat a 5 minute tarp job.

johndeere4020 and Chewy352 Thank this.
