Our efficiency as drivers depends upon being able to plan ahead as much as possible.

I understand that sometimes logistics don't have anything lined up. However, I had this one dm who would say, "when you send in your empty call, you'll know what you've got."

What an insufferable jerk he was.

 

God syndrome.. Absolute power, absolutely corrupts. Firm believer in that.

Also believe, the best in trucking is made on relationships and how you address problems.

 

So, what area is this Kurt covering for?

So everybody has to deal with him every other load, no wonder why he's acting like that

 

He has the largest area with the worst rates.. No one wants to pull what he has. So imagine the bs he hears all day

 

Yea, well, it is what it is, btw, I just was told that there are no frgt shakers, they got volvos 780sh , so Ill be in orientation next Monday, if everything goes well
