The cost of living is what I can't stand about nj. Home is where the heart is, but my gosh the traffic, and the cost of living is outrageous.

 

Think NJ is bad, try Cali...

Been a decent week for me as well even with my 4th run out of NJ in less than a month. I had a drop in Romeoville, IL and one in Chicago. Romeoville was only 2 pallets. Got to Preferred Freezer in Chicago an hour early and those guys didn't waste any time. Red light came on and dock leveler out within a minute of bumping the dock and only around 30 minutes after arriving on site, I had my paperwork back.

Picked up in Palatine, IL going to Mckenzie, ND. All the time I saved at Preferred Freezer was needed for the trip through Chicago. We'll over an hour to go 24 miles. Ive sat in worse traffic around there though.

 

Lol sitting in Dekalb now, the storm was a pia to drive through tonight

 

No... Wasn't hungry. Got a paid spot at the TA since the place was full at 1530. Took a nap.
Came back here after Mclanes and they had to run off someone who tried sneaking into a paid spot... Time for another few hrs sleep before running up to Indy...

 

This place in Pittston is great about loading. Arrived 1305 for a 1500 and was loaded and leaving at 1350.
Made an executive decision. Going to drive the night shift. My 34 will be up and the main reason I don't have to drive thru DC when all those bureaucrats leave that he'll hole for the weekend.
Got reload another Plymouth NC to Eagan MN. Delivery time is much better on this load delivers at 1700 on Wednesday picks up 1300 Monday. I have done this load 3 weeks in a row now.

 

Hey All, can anyone tell me about the health insurance at Magnum? The husband is possibly considering making the jump at the end of the year, not thrilled where he's at right now. Thank you all

 

Just to clarify, I did look through this thread, but the only info I saw is from 2 years ago. Also, do they hire out of Florida? I put in a call, but the recruiter Tony is not in right now. Thanks again
