Searcy pulls a lot of step-deck trains. Their drivers are always complaining about everything, but they seem to like those.

    Here's an even better one:

    Really limited applications though.

That is a double drop trailer set up. Mainly used for very tall pieces such as concrete box culverts and machinery that is one piece. Most of the time you would use a RGN but these trailers allow the lower deck height along with the lighter weight vs a RGN.

From the Car Haul forum .... and my previous life.
Cottrell NexGen OTW strap B. Made for Allied Canada. Max units per load. Must be under height. Must not touch. Three pivots points on unit. Must be under length. Must have 3 + hours to load. Must have cold beer waiting when done run.

Police escort I would say. For stopping traffic if need be. Even has a push truck hooked up. That's a big load!

I pull A doubles every night. Are you pulling A doubles or A triples ? I just ask because I didn't think anyone was doing triples in Canada anymore.

And yes, for anyone that has never pulled 'wiggle wagons' before .... double or worse .... triple .... keep your mouth shut on the CB if the weather is crappy ( wind,rain.snow,etc). There's a reason we go slow with them. You're not qualified to mouth off at us until you do at least 4 seasons pullin 2 or 3.

@Pullin2 I saw a GFS triple set a few months ago when I was out west last.

A train triples. Legal in MB and North Dakota. Not legal in SK. GFS pulls triples out west, but their B-train sliders, which are legal.

    Pullin2 Thanks this.
