What a GREAT NIGHT! Went to the Big Texan in Amarillo, off of I40. Parked at the Pilot and called the restaurant. They sent a limo to pick me up. Sorry for the pic it's not the greatest.

Driver said they had 12 limos and 5 working tonight. He said it was kind of slow tonight, but the Texan was packed!

I didn't realize it at the time, but the Texan has truck parking in behind the building. The driver also said on weekends they have golf carts working the parking lot to drive you back to your truck, if you need or desire it.

Sorry for the lack of photos but there were so many people I didn't want to have trouble taking photos, I mainly wanted to EAT!

You'll never guess who was here with me!!

    Yip @supersnackbar!

I had a great time and a great meal! I picked the 20 Oz ribeye, baked potato, and okra. Can't complain about the price for that size of steak, $25.

The Texan has an old Saloon type look and they brew their own beers. Perfect if you enjoy craft beers. They also sell their beers in decorative jars (Growlers.)

They carry domestics and wine. So you're sure to find something that quenches your thirst!

If you happen to have a sweet tooth, like this Pig does, they have Gelato (Italian Ice Cream)

And also a few flavors of fudge.

I'm sorry to say I didn't try either, so I can't comment on them.

I did see and speak to some beautiful young ladies from Australia and New Zealand. Wow that accent is so sexy!

I do recommend if you see the big yellow building, in Amarillo, that has Bessie out front

Stop in and have a good time, because you deserve it after staying in your truck so long!!

My old student from Hummer got pictures of herself next to Brad Paisley's tour trucks.

Nothing worth doing a review over.

Stopped at the Flying J in Boise. Walked across the street to Stubs Sports Pub. Quite a few locals and regulars in there. Small menu which makes for easy choices. They have reasonably priced drinks.

I ended up ordering an appetizer instead of a meal. Buffalo Chicken Strips. I figured they would be like Buffalo wings. They ended up being spicy chicken strips. They came with Frank's sauce and either ranch or Bleu cheese dressing. Pretty solid choice.

I also ordered a pickled egg which came with jalapeño slices and pretzels. I thought it was decently priced at $1
