Yeah, that's how I answered those questions in the past. I answered all of them truthfully and was never told I needed to have a sleep study.

I had my wife measure my neck. 16" was the maximum measured. I sleep great at night and I don't get tired during the day.

    Go Cubbies!!

They didn't tell me to sleep on my back. I just had to mindful of the wires. I even had a tv in my room. I did mine before I started applying to any companies.

FMSCA tried to make it a requirement numerous times over the years, but hasn't been able to actually get it done.

The initial DOT long forms for '16 had a section on them for BMI/Neck Circumference, and took them off. They keep trying to sneak it in but can't.

Many companies (Prime for example) do follow BMI guidelines, require sleep studies, etc.

If you ACTUALLY HAVE OSA - using a CPAP will change your life. If you don't - the study, etc. are a scam waste of drivers money.

I lived in Alpena and Marquette. Air Force gave me orders from Alpena to Marquette so I could finish my degree at Northern Michigan University.

I was diagnosed with OSA, but labeled untreatable due to the cpap not working for me. Why? I sleep on my stomach. Masks don't work when your face is in the pillow.
