Since my D.A.C. says I quit/resigned, can I put that on my application instead of saying I was released/fired for failure to comply with company policy without raising too many eyebrows. Please see attached document and tell me what you all think !

    Thank you.

What is page 2 of the attachment?

Obviously it's a list of companies, but for what?

Part 2 of "at a loss" a thread I started earlier today. A list of the one company that I've worked for that reported something on my D.A.C. i am a new driver and am seeking advice on my situation.

No I meant the second page of your attachment. The first page lists Schneider, while the second page is a long list of other companies. I was just curious what the long list of other companies was.

Seriously, you have nothing to worry about. DAC is not a big deal as they would have you think. Lots of companies try to scr ew you over but there are so many jobs out there. Just keep looking but don't work for less then 45 cents per mile.

Thank you for your advice but as a new driver the choices are few and far between.

You are wrong about that. The choices are wide opened just don't settle for less. A newbie does the same job as I do, with 12 years experience. You should make the same amount. Do you think Swift would raise their rate if people would stop taking a lower wage? Of course. Grow a pair and up your wages.
