Just like what they're trying to do with this ELD nonsense and hair testing. All of these pieces of shyte should be drawn and quartered.
Maverick, JB Hunt and Knight are on the Board of Directors. Every day when I see these trucks and their pathetic brainless robot drivers behind the wheel I just want to vomit.

Holland Enterprises, Fargo, ND has forward facing cameras with audio.

Not only cams
When the "energy crisis" happened and the national speed limit went to 55, they started building steer tires rated safely to 75.
That's still the tires that we buy
Now there's a push to govern all trucks by law to 65 because the speed limits have increased significantly.
Car tires are rated to over 100 mph
Tire manufacturers can build tires for a higher safety rating at little additional cost but nobody buys them so they're hard to find.
Watch out for this-its coming down the pike. -
X-Country Thanks this.

But I'd like to be the one putting the road facing cam in-not the company.
I won't drive for a company with a road facing cam AND AUDIO.
They don't need to listen to my phone calls and rants
There's no reason for audio -

There's a company near me in Northern Vermont, Northern Gas Transport, that had installed a few.

Heyl truck lines out of Akron Iowa with terminals in Zephyrhills Fl,Edinburgh Tx,and Sioux Falls Sd are installing road and driver facing cameras with audio in all trucks.

When a truck passes me, when I pass a truck, when I walk through truck stops, I check the windshield.
I swear it's running close to 50%.
The list would be too long
And getting longer fast.
