In Maxton for a 1400 delivery. Pickup tomorrow afternoon in Goldsboro headed to Springfield, OH.

 

Spent 6 hrs at Campbell's... Got a little bit of detention. Finishing a 34 since I'm so close.

 

Staying at the Sun Do. No lizards here, they even have security.

 

Made it to Goldsboro for my 1630 pickup. Decided it was time to sniff out some good food. Already had a tip from @Xeres63 to go to Wilber's BBQ.

Fast speedy service. They have a separate desk for carry out orders. My selection was ready to go in less than 2 minutes. It took me longer to decide what I wanted.

I had the chopped pork and bbq chicken. The chopped pork is eastern NC style bbq. Nice smokey, tangy, vinegary taste.

The BBQ chicken is a different style. It's smoked with a dry rub and then covered with a gravy.

Theres a large paved lot beside Wilber's. Plenty of room to park a truck and trailer. Not sure if they allow it or not. I bobtailed over for my food.

If you're too early for lunch, stop by and sample the breakfast. I'd be glad to hear feedback on it. Breakfast is served everyday from 7am to 10am.

If you're in Goldsboro, you need to stop by Wilber's and give your taste buds some excitement!

 

Made it to my delivery at GFS in Springfield, OH. Scheduled to deliver at 2200. Arrived and checked in @ 1000. Was told "We'll call you sometime between now and 2200." I knew what that meant."

Just now got the call, 2155. Woo Hoo I got a door early!

"Magnum, park in front of the office, let our guys break your seal, bring the seal and the paperwork in the office! "

You already have my paperwork. "You don't have to worry about that part then."

Let them break my seal, guy tries to take it. I say they told me to bring that in there, they didn't give me a door.

Take the seal in. "You weren't supposed to break the seal, our guys were!" Lady I didn't break the seal. Your guys did. I was told to bring it in so I did. You haven't even assigned me a door yet.

Smh get your act together tonight!
