You'd be amazed the amount of free forms and phone calls my DM got yesterday and this morning.

 

Of course I should have added. Always be professional and polite. FIRM, but polite.

 

When firm doesn't work you get angry with em lol then you really get to see what it's like to be black listed lol

 

35 years in business I got angry with a contractor 1 time. I was 17 and a touch full of myself. It caused so many problems I never let it happen again. Even if I had to wait until I could scream at my windsheild on the way home ... lol

 

Just finished lunch. No load yet. 6:29 to drive. 7:32 on the 14. I sent a free form reminding them my poor truck still needs some TLC at the shop. Said she'd love it if we can get anywhere close to there for some weekend or Monday/Tuesday shop time.
