I'd say most of the customer issues and possible account losses start with CS.

I went last week to a TSC store, the w/a said delivery 0800 to 1700, I arrived at 1500 because I didn't even pick up load from shipper until 1100. Anyways I got to the store 1 stopper and receiving lady tells me her fork truck driver leaves at 1500 and I'll have to wait until she can get a free fork lift operator to unload me.

I asked her the receiving hours she said that Purina loads are supposed to be delivered no later than 1400.

I showed her on the app my w/a says 0800 to 1700 and she did not understand why SNI can't seem to get it right.

We as drivers can only work with the info we're given and if CS can't get it right then it hurts us all.

That's one issue we need to bring up to mgt when we meet with them...this kind of garbage is easily avoided if they do there job...now I understand mistakes can periodically happen but this kind of crap is happening way too often to be ignored...

I believe the meeting in Sept needs to be all IC's who care to meet and discuss the issues and formulate a plan to address the most detrimental issues to both the IC's and SNI and then try and schedule a meeting with Management to try and work together to resolve any concerns.

What also needs to be brought up is....constant wrong info on the board...we can't make a sound decision on loads if the info is wrong...multiple loads same customer and yet one is a window and the other is an appt...we darn well that's wrong...also how can 2 loads same pick up same del same miles same day but yet $100 differencein the rate...these need to be fixed..

Sooo when I get a message saying "don't take an empty at location 12345 after delivering load st# , there are not enough empties for every driver coming in"

Is that code name for we don't want ICs to take empties so we have enough for the company drivers headed in after you?

Yup. That, or the famous "There are no empties at this location, please go to 438579 to pick up a trailer" while you're sitting there staring at a row of 12 empties.
