10-4. Program drivers share specifically assigned trucks with other drivers, be it a 5/2 5/3, 6/3, 5/5, 4/4, etc. A full time driver simply means you are assigned your own truck.

Glad that it's been pleasant for you, but others haven't had the same luck and there's no reason to speak to me like that for voicing my opinion. While it's a decent job, not everything here is roses. -
slim6596 Thanks this.

I think most would be really happy here if they're currently working for a Knight, Werner or Swift type OTR carrier, but if you've been with a company for many years that treats you right and you're making 80k+ a year I wouldn't make the move unless the DC is in an area that you'd like to move to.
Walmart's yearly driver incomes are close to the big money that the LTL's are now paying drivers for linehaul. For those of you on the fence check that option out before making any drastic cross country moves just to get onboard. -

I'm not officially hired yet, but I have definitely noticed alot of negative feedback from certain drivers about the private fleet. Every company has its batch, and I know we do. They don't know how good they got it, until they have to go somewhere else. I just wonder what there gtm would say about there negative influence on new drivers. Wow!! You ask one question, and get a ear full.
