Time will tell, multiple electric motors will produce a lot of torque though so it's more likely the batteries used will end up being a limiting factor, especially trying to keep them cool with the heavy duty usage.

I applaud those who seek to change the paradigms so more power to him. They are definitely someone I will keep my eye on...

Dunno about that... electric sedans are out now that can beat Lamborghinis off the line. No joke

Yep. They leave 20 grand a year on the table in order to lie themselves that they are an owner operator.

It works for locomotives. Of course I'm not a Rutherford fan either. Pitt Power seem to know their stuff but we will see. If done right I think it could work but what do I know.

1st thing to realize is both Rutherford and Pitt Power have a business to protect from this type of innovation.

Techno-Babel is one thing. Look at all the infomercials. Their numbers and product look great until you put it in a real world trial.

There are electric freight trains so an electric cmv is plausible. An affordable electric cmv is debatable.

    So it's not a Celado it's a Celadont?

    Yeah. I'm bored today.

Ugh. As much as I do think he could be using the bathroom to do this, making fun of someone for washing dishes? And then tacking on some racism on top of it? Yeah, good luck to you out there. Such open mindedness is surely going to bring you all the best in life.

Hey, 8k mi a month is doable on choice. Bigger problems I see is repair shops having no clue what is wrong with that thing.

I really don't understand why a shipper would plan 20 trucks at the same appointment time when they only have 5 doors.
