    swift driver class action was approved to go forward against swift. Something about using a less than accurate method of calculating paid miles.
    I would post a link but don't know how lol.
    I just read it in the latest issue of that propaganda rag THE TRUCKER

    Still a freightliner,sure the steering wheel is still some cheap looking crappy one and still won't tilt just the column.

    No I mean tilt at the steering wheel like kW/Pete not the steering column tilting meaning the wheel will tilt more on peterbilts/kW.

    Yes, there is no reason why drivers should be paid on HHG miles like it's still 1985 or something. We now have computer software that calculates miles down to the last 1/10. These megas pay say 500 miles but their own GPS software in the truck has the trip at 520+ miles. Can anybody say scam?
