I'm hauling cement. The blower I'm using is a Paragon. Not sure of the model-I'd have to get back to you on that. Running 850 into the silo with about 12-14 psi on the tank/line pressure. The guppy is a portable cement storage tank. It's a trailer that sits right on the ground so you just unload a short distance with a 20' hose.

32 tons of flour is what we pack in these. I have a 650cfm GD and run at 1400rpms on a driveline setup. Our other trucks have the tuthill's that are in the 750cfm range and are hydraulic drivin and they run at 900-1000 rpms. We run between 10-15 psi depending on the customer and take between 1.5 and 4 hours to unload. The unloading time depends on type of flour, pressure, and height/lenght of run.

I'd go crazy with a 4 hour unload. That's insane!

    Yes sir.

Oh I do to but not much I can do about it when you're pushing stuff a couple hundred feet to the silo and it helps that we are hourly when loading or unloading.

I figured that's what a guppy was. We call them pigs.

If you think you've got too much air in the line, you can always close the jet line valve a little more and/or crack open a 2nd product valve.

I liked to run my equipment right on the verge of plugging up. It made my unload times shorter and resulted in far less dusting.

10-4. I'm pulling doubles so it's one hopper at a time.

Forgive me for my ignorance, I've never seen a setup like that. But how much are you able to gross with something like that? Looks like fun though!
