It's not your sharing of your experience that your getting blasted for how on earth can you even make that statement.

And can only imagine what you would be saying if the they opened up the solo board to teams when you were on the solo board.
You would be saying $!#% that !!!!!!!!!!!
And going ballistic.

 

Why share with other potential team drivers?
They would be your competitors and if you don't see them as competition then look at your load board and don't complain.

 

That was before SNI lowered standards and became a lease purchase mill.

It also was a time when there was balance.

If you choose to post and encourage drivers either indirectly or directly to come and compete with you then it's hypocritical to then complain about the lack of available freight.

I think you'll figure the team side out.

Yeah it's been like this for 3 weeks now(actually the last 6 months)..they're holding on to loads til the last minute.
Makes getting booked a real joy.
All the cheap freight is raring to go..ready for the guys trapped in a lease to book it to keep moving.
Play the waiting game as long as you can.
