I got let go. They said that I needed more training than they were willing to give. I disagree, I disagree vehemently. But there isn't anything I can do. My DAC has me as "resigned in lieu of termination" and it has the incidents on there. I am heading to Swift orientation on Monday. The recruiter said since I wasn't fired for the fender-bender, that they could take me without issue. But you never know, the person charged with the more extensive background investigation might decide I can't work for Swift. Luckily the orientation is in my hometown, so if I get sent home I don't have to go far.

Ahh. I'm sorry to hear that. So they went back on their word. I'm glad you're not throwing the towel in. Good luck at Swift. Learn from your mistakes, and move on. Stop in and update us on your progress sometime.

If I may, and please take this constructively. You appeared to me here as more nervous than could be readily overcome. You simply MUST find a way to calm down. At the first mistake, no matter what it is, you have to find a way to set that aside to take care of the task at hand. Look objectively at what occured and see what could have been done differently. This will serve you well.
Good luck and stop back by often to let us know how you are doing , ok?gentleroger and rickybobby Thank this. -
I just delete those messages...never heard another word.
