IM not trying to be a A.HOLE but WHY was it more important to you being recording a video than actually driving the truck??? Hands free or not you should've been OPERATING the vehicle not holding the steering wheel...best luck to you, but FYI that's a huge red flag making the companies see you as a liability rather than an asset.

Just go to Craigslist and find a 1099 company, pretty sure you will find a job quickly

The company fired you because there is proof that you don't act in a safe manner. You may have been perfectly safe, but a good lawyer can paint you badly and there for CR England.

Where do you live? Did you damage anything, or is/was it just the vlog? Of that's it you could act you didn't know and you won't do it again, ect...... an accident that's different.

 

Even hands-free recording isn't safe. Your attention is split between driving, and your camera. All these you tube truckers that record while driving probably should be let go for safety.

I can see why they let you go, I didn't punish myself with watching the whole 17+ minutes of it . You're not paying attention to your responsibilities, you're looking at the camera. Just my opinion.
