Intergrated opened up a new box yard in Chicago Heights. The guy said it's been open 3 weeks. Right down the street from the FedEx terminal. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I was looking at the new Elwood Police Commercial vehicle enforcement area as I passed by on Friday. It doesn't look to me there is a scale. I wonder if they are just going to be checking lights and tires etc etc. I see tons of guys leaving to rails with missing and or burned out lights etc etc.
Anyone else able to get a good look at it? -
HalpinUout Thanks this.

How's everyone doing lately, rates are still down for us at Kiswani. Also, since the slowdown (to a standstill) of import/export freight, were mainly moving domestics (JBH, SNI, Tiger Cool)....they don't pay as well as the 40's and 20's but, hey, they keep us moving as much as we want. The settlements are in the $1800 to $2,200 after fuel range for 5 day weeks. but still a far cry from last years $3,400 + settlements.....

Seems we are so so. Last week or the week before they were offering extra work on Saturday and Sunday. 5 days is good enough for me, no thanks

Not the best picture but that was in Elwood today. That guy almost lost that container only one of his hooks or whatever was connected when he lifted it.
I like when I go there and they already have my box mounted on a chassis that is missing lights. Never fails. I'm guessing whenever that Elwood police truck inspection opens the Roadability line will be even longer than it normally is. -
