Best post I've ever read on this forum is that thread. Thank you for this.

I recommend violently throwing up on him next time he farts.

But really.. my TE had a piss bottle. And he refused to idle. We showered once. And while I smoke, I do that in driver seat with window open. You couldn't tell that there's a smoker in my truck. He had an ash tray and smoked in the sleeper before bed. Nothing more awesome than almost no ventilation in the top bunk and air has been replaced with cigarette smoke.

Ignorant trainers do things like that because being a trainer is the only time they have power over anyone else. He knows he's pushing your buttons and he's really enjoying it.
    I'd change companies.

I'm not impressed with Schneider's equipment thus far, I'm only part time so I slip seat. It seems like every truck I get is dirtier than the one before lol. I've been spoiled for years, all my previous companies had detailers for the trucks clean them before they were reissued.

Ok if a solo driver wants a piss bottle ok that's your business but not when your training a student. I honestly feel the shower floor in a truck stop is cleaner .

Don't jump ship, just ask for a new trainer. Don't you only train for 2 weeks over the road anyway? When I was at orientation a few weeks ago I talked to a couple guys that said they were on week 3, and had already been with their Trainers and were on classroom stuff.

Few days to go, but some Lysol and drench the dash every time you stop. As for the bottle, I keep an empty 1 liter water bottle at all times. Never "reuse" a bottle though, just have one out of habit. You'll see why the 1st time you're sleeping soundly and wake up to pee, only to see 18inches of snow on your hood and whiteout conditions where you can't actually see the truck stop doors :) but if he is actually pissing in front of you, report that asap. Can't imagine that there is not some company policy about swinging it in the wind around your students.

Honestly.. it'll be over in a couple days. And on Monday you get a very detailed survey about your TE experience to fill out. Be very honest there. Not worth getting pulled off the truck and then doing the whole thing over again.
