Is that considered "commiting adultery?" Is it "having an extramarital affair with oneself?"

For single guys it's just forearm exercise

 

If you're married is it considered "alienation of affection?"

 

Call them. They will listen and the very least make smelly go and shower. You won't necessarily have to start week 2 over.
