@Jubal3 you can't talk to my @tucker that way! Next time you do you will suffer the consequences!

THAT is not the answer I was seeking... Jubal3 put it quite nicely, and it does explain how a driver can make that amount.

I guess I am neither mature nor a driver with a clue...

    You are so resourceful, Winny.

    tucker Thanks this.

Dude there's no shortcut, do you know your lanes? You want a serious discussion PM me and I'd be glad to help you if I can, and so would many drivers here.

Be aware that the highest earners tend to stay out a lot though...

Thanks for the generic non answer, but why are people quitting Magnum in droves.
Like, the ridicules mpg and monthly miles minimums and the pay scales that hop around like a bunny rabbit on crack cocaine. Not to mention the DOT violations penalties.
Or the low base rate cpm..
Any driver that gets loaded or unloaded during a 10 hour break should make a solid 50 cpm minimum.

Look I know you and SSB are friends but quitting in droves is s bit rich...and as you have said before there's more miles for me :)

Also not a place for 20 year divers...you actually have a chance to match experienced drivers pay with performance here which pisses some off, but you should know that coming in.

I understand that. But why do so many quit Crete in droves?

I had a pretty good day yesterday, got into CR and got my truck in for a pm and while I was waiting my trainer pulled in a few spots down from me so I ended up catching up with him and even had dinner with him. During the one of our conversations I asked him about new drivers he's had. He told me he's only had 2 people since I got done with training and both didn't make it. One guy made it through to get his own truck only to say he didn't want to because he couldn't go local right away. The second made it from Fargo to some place in Texas and was on a bus home because he didn't like having to drive at night among other things. He also said Tony had some more lined up for him but they fell through.

But I will get my biggest pay check to date since I started here tomorrow and granted I had about 14 hrs of detention time on it but I had back to back 3k mile weeks for the pay period. Also I was able to get a day of layover for today while I wait to pick up my load tomorrow to go on home time. So with that I'll hit 10k for the month while taking 7 days of home time.

    ncmickey and tucker Thank this.
