    Same with me.

I'm hoping to get routed home after this. Abilene knows this and my home time has already been approved. Think it's too much to text my DM to "remind" her or just wait and see?

I don't want to come off as to pushy though.

Not at all. If I really am not flexible on a home time, about a week in advance I remind mine about it. That way (hopefully) they will remember not to send you in the wrong direction. If I'm flexible, then about 3 days before I will say something. Usually I'm in and out of Richmond and have issues of being there too early and have to find "busy work".

On my way home friday bout an hour after leaving get a message. Try to listen to robogurl read it thinking my dh home got changed, and phone rings. Tracy just making sure i saw it and then asked how things were going etc. It was my load for monday. WHAT??#?? A preplan.

Come in sunday morning to leave early. I knew itd take forever with traffic, but would rather be here, and get good sleep and be ready to roll in am.

Got to meet @Evomalo while at shop. Some sort of air valve needed replacing at rear of this 7/2016 vintage trailer.

Got up here on long island with no issues besides traffic.

So not sure whats up with HP. Some ppl have loads way late. I have a load poorly secured at best. 10 cases. Not a single strap was tight. Various parts and pieces fell from their rightful place. Atleast 1 case was bent.

Thankfully its pretty obvious its a shipper issue for this one.

Well my load finally ready at about 2:30 yesterday. Apparently, the Hill had production line problems since Friday. Anyway, sitting at the J on the GA/FL line as this doesn't deliver until 8pm tonight at Publix on the bay. So in effect, still "waiting " on this load .... lol

No big deal there. I'm morr concerned about getting back out of Miami at 8pm? Oh well, I'm sure they'll come up with something.

So apparently this happened in Richmond today near 95 and 288:

I believe that is what the firefighters refer to as "fully involved".

Wow, wonder what sparked that off? Looks like the truck is the only vehicle involved?

Got a call from Walter this morning telling me this load has suddenly become a Hot Load. He asked me if I could get it there by 6 instead of 8. I told him I had hoped I could deliver early and that it would be there between 4:30 and 5. I could almost hear his smile. ;)
