About 6 months ago i got a weigh station ticket for being over on my trailer axles. My question is if i reported it to my company, but forgot to fax them a copy and later paid it can that have an affect on my driver record? I no longer work for this çompany and just started with a new one for a lil bit more info on the subject.

I would worry more about your license being suspended for not paying the ticket. You need to call the number on the ticket or DMV to verify your license has not been suspended for lack of payment.
The ticket is on you..CrappieJunkie and TROOPER to TRUCKER Thank this. -

I don't believe overweight tickets are considered moving violations. Not paying the ticket can get you arrested and your CDL suspended. Most carriers won't pay these fines.
Bean Jr. Thanks this. -

Your DAC and CDL is OK. Keep on trucking!
phatboy62587 Thanks this. -
I'm sure it was more than the 10.50 for the cat scale. -
Should have reported it. At this point in the game just keep on.
Rusty Trawler and phatboy62587 Thank this. -

So you come on TTR asking about your overweight ticket which you just paid after 6 months and another user posts you are "OK" and you roll with that?
Get a copy of your MVR which can be done online via your DMV.
Get a copy of your DAC from Hire Right which can be done online.
Get the facts from the source.
