I worked in 4 companies, all tried to rip drivers off.
First was Schneider, as a new driver they sent me to big cities to do local jobs, doing 77/79 mountains the very first week doing solo, after one week OTR training, l felt like they to to kill me, I lost 20 pounds in one month. Now I realized they tried to get me into vilations so I would not have a chance to get hired anywhere else with bunch of tickets on hand.

You are right! If they don't do this and that for you and don't jump at every command from the driver, then they suck. I want a me me me world. Screw everyone else. If I get a ticket, I always know it's not my fault. I always blame others. Because I know how to do my job so well. The only reason I don't become an o/o is because if a customer ever back talks me, I'll knock them the F out. And that's not good for business. But F em anyway. I don't need their business. I'm the #### supplier the transporter and the consumer of everything. Me for the win!

Yeah, you're right. They specialize in getting drivers into violations. That's why they are in business. Schneider Violators is their real name.

Personally, if I were in your shoes, I would learn these words. Learn them well. They are words to live by.

    "Welcome to Wal Mart".

One thing for sure companies don't care about the drivers CDLYou brake a policy or violation and dispatch or a dept intimidated you into it,who's going to get the shaft, the driver is.That's how this industry is no matter who you drive for. They hired you to deliver loads that comes first and always will. They don't care if drivers quit or gets fired they just hire more to take their place.Keep that in mind no matter who you drive for.Money first, safety when there's time on the schedule.

$75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year driving one of these with 100% company paid benefits and home daily.
    No CDL required.
7 year waiting list to get hired. Nobody ever quits, they just retire.
