I think the problem with freightpicker is with the unconfirmed loads disappearing instantly...that could be one of those users had the load saved and had it Auto assigned to them..

But as you or maybe someone else said when the load confirms the times often change. I'm not saying I understand how freight picker works. I do know it's been around for a long time. I've been here 4 years. Good loads you always fight for. For 4 years I have run pretty much for the same customers. I can promise you I am competing with twice as many company trucks than ever before. That's fine too. Company trucks have to run. They are the backbone of the whole deal. Freight picker could be causing some issue but it would be small in the grand scheme of things.

Something else to consider is dbl's have access to our board. And we all know they can hold loads also. I manned up and admitted I have a couch wife. I would think someone who uses freight picker would do the same and let us know how it works.

According to the website..it automatically assigns the load...now whether the system allows it is another thing...I'm going based on the info I have..

I don't have to worry about Freight Picker.. It doesn't want the loads I pull.

24 hours early is only for the actual delivery date, not some arbitrary date and time that a cs chimp punched in.

I've delivered on time according to wf to be rejected because the load is two days early and have been told the load is late by a day.

That's what I said.. You can deliver 24 hrs early, but some walmarts are not like that.

A company driver I ran into tonight in the OC told me he's starting on choice @ end of month...we started talking about the program and I was brutally honest with him and the first question that comes out of his mouth was..."how many miles a week are you getting?"...no wonder these folks are failing...all they look at is the miles...I explained to him while it's a good program it's not as easy as you think...it takes a lot of planning and such...now I told him in would go more into detail with him after my shower and poof...he disappears and doesn't come back....he's on family Dollar dedicated right now...that telast me he doesn't want to hear the facts...like I stated I wasn't sugar coating anything and was brutally honest with him..oh well..
