    • How much money do Owner Operators make heavy hauling, after all the waiting and sitting etc?

      I see many awesome loads on internet truck stop, but after expenses and the time it takes... how much really can you bring home?

      Maybe its all about the same?
      Hopefully someone can shed some light, thanks.

    I hear 747's make a lot of money, maybe I should Lease Purchase one and go out on my own.

    I hate to say this but there are some making less gross than 50k. With way rates have been this year. Then others have a good business plan and people they work with that are doing a lot better

    Ron, if I had your money, I could buy not lease a cargo jet.. but not lease it to Amazon.. There are some "Shippers" who pay cash upon good delivery, just don't lose the load though . lol

    Are most people on this forum like this? Who said theyre investing and jumping to into heavy haul? Read the question? Thanks...

    Im asking for future planning... i have flats id like to go to step decks and so on... ive never hauled a permitted/oversize load so i was actually looking forward to someone actually giving some insight not some smart... people with smart comments...
