    Sadly, I believe you on that. Welcome to the U.S.S of A, everyone.

    Even if they do need to ask you for permission all they have to claim is that the dog "alerted" them to something and they can automatically enter your vehicle.

    I had a pig with an attitude pull me over once and I told him "I do not consent to any searches." Right then he used the dog trick. Of course he didn't find anything because I am a law abiding person. It's true, you as a civilian have no rights anymore.

    If you where pulled over and treated like some kind of scum of the earth criminal and had your property violated, you wouldn't be at least a little pissed?

    Funny how you took more offense to me calling the policeman a name than him fabricating the dog story to get inside my truck. You have exactly the kind of mindset the NWO wants you in, be a good boy and obey. The police are always right. No questions asked.

    You'd probably be the first in line to get your hand implanted with the 'trading chip."

    I don't post much but I'm glad that driver was turned in. Even if he meant to sleep it off alcohol impairs judgment to the point that he might have decided he needed to drive after just a few hours for whatever reason, load etc.. Last month I buried two young people, 24 and 15, that made a decision to drive drunk. The 15 year old was drunk but not driving, he was riding in the back of a pick-up truck that was driven by someone drunk. He got tossed out of the back and hit a telephone pole. The 24 year old was drunk and ran up under the back of an 18 wheeler, the d.o.t bumper did some nasty things to her head.

    I have lost my father and three uncles to d.u.i accidents and buried countless others. It only takes a split second of a bad decision to ruin your life, the lives of your loved ones and innocent people. One of my uncles killed not only himself but another woman and paralyzed another woman. Someone did the right thing by turning this guy in before he killed someone.

    Not only the person(s) who turned him in, but the company (Swift) for canning his sorry buttox.

    Unless and until we drivers start to seriously police our own ranks, our public image will continue to erode. If y'all feel sorry for the driver, y'all should re-examine your priorities. Do we REALLY need, or want, drivers who thumb their noses at laws that are put in place to PROTECT the general motoring public, the public in general, as well as ourselves?

    I always thought it was legal to have like wine or so forth under the bunk closed... for like transport say I find a cheap nice old bottle in cali and i want to bring it home for a gift... guess not ...
