Only contact I have with the outside world is this Verizon tablet. I switched to T-mobile on several recommendations, but these Crockjuice runs are through areas that T-mobile doesn't cover well. So, no phone service. Sux when I'm expecting phone calls.

Guess I'll go eat breakfast. I was told to run at midnight if I didn't hear back.

Stuck in truck under load in violation of HOS rules? Here, DOT-DOT-DOT!

    Lonesome Thanks this.

How not to make a hit with your boss, safety or fellow drivers. Note to others, if someone is willing to get out of their truck to give you a hand backing into a construction zone, take it. There's 7 of us here at this new Publix store getting empty. I'm number 5 in line. Number 3, following the same path as 1 & 2, doesn't pay attention, and despite the rest of us blowing our horns, yelling to him, he keeps going, hits a concrete curb, blows out a tire, and destroys the rim, on a new 75xx trailer. Ok, poop happens. Then, while backing in, and me trying to help him out by spotting for him, he tells me he doesn't need my help. After watching him almost hit everything in his path to the dock, I offer my help again. Not needed I'm told, then proceeds to hit the wall of the building and knock off a brand new drainage pipe cover. At this point I shake my head and go back to my truck. Help not needed I guess. Recruiting/Safety, keep up the great hiring practices, I see #### like this and realize where my raise goes.

When I stopped at the TA near Blue Ridge Crockjuice, I went to the back lot. Blind back night mare. But, there were 10 drivers helping others back in to the spots, including me. Nice to see truckers willing to help. Rare sight these days.

Too bad he wasn't willing to listen to anyone, it would have saved him the correspondence with Scott, and saved the company some money.
