Roadside mechanic Said the tentioner (probably spelled that wrong) failed. Closest Volvo dealer closed til Monday, can't get the part. Unless someone authorized travel of 172 miles to get the part I'll be in a hotel til Monday morning. I'll let you know what they decide

Welp, my run from Temple GA to Jacksonville ended with a 4.5 hour unload at Sams Club. (Guess those computer parts are getting heavy these days). Still got my paper load out of Riceboro and made the J in St. George SC for the night. Should hit the yard about 3pm tomorrow to drop it.

Looking forward to a dinner date and some rest before Monday.

Yeah, getting towed. I'll be fixed Monday when the dealer opens. Sounds like pizza, HBO, sleep, and long showers for me.

 

HP is just running weird lately... twice I was waiting on the yard for my load to get prepped... someone changed something at HP... loads just aren't flowing.

If you know where it's coming out of you can go wait at their door like @RebelChick ... use that southern charm to get it served up early... or maybe that just a special talent of RC.
