That place has been that way for 3yrs that I know of. I thinks it's a combination of them and our c/ s.

Well I had a load booked from Muncie Indiana to cullman AL and Was scheduled to drop on the 17th...then all off a sudden they decided to change the appointment to the 24th..7days later and when I called and told them I was not going to run it because it was not what I booked...the person i spoke to said that's your load and that's it...well I've emailed my ICR about it and he'll be in in the morning and we'll have a discussion..because I'm not sitting on a 469mi run for $810 for 8 days..hell no! CS is screwing up bad!!

I have never been forced to stay on a load if the schedule changed after booking. Whoever told you that doesn't know what they're talking about.

Well ops this am made it right...asked me to pick it up and relay to indy and get full pay of the load...so that's what I'm doing..no relay charge.

Did the changes happen after you booked the load or after you actually picked the load up? I can't imagine a scenario where a relay charge would have ever have been in question. Only problem I have had is when a pre changes then a call has to be made. After I pick up the load any scheduling problems are their baby. in this case Sni has always made things right. When a pre changes all bets all off.
