Nah I've never heard of that... Any relaying you get paid the rate up till that relay unless you're delivering to a place and they don't take and you have to relay somewhere else. Then you'll get full pay but sni isn't gonna pay full rate for a relay. Nah that'll be double pay on the same load. No way lol

1st of all..I could care less for those who think I'm lying...I got paid the full lhl rate because cs changed it more than likely because Walmart reset it...it's holiday display loads...I got paid 725.45 for the run...

Exactly. Sometimes it changes and you're not even in the truck. How are you supposed to know? We shouldn't have to check out pre-assignments a few times a day to make sure they haven't changed.

It would be nice to get paid the full rate and you may, just remember payroll cutoff is Monday night not Sunday night and your ICA will more than likely adjust the rate. Now you may get paid the full rate but my experience has always been someone tells us what we want to hear at the time and then the ICA adjusts it.

But good for you if you get that rate.

They should pay him the full amount. It's breach of contract. The load is not what he agreed to so if he they make him whole on the load then it's not breach of contract.

I don't see a breach of contract. It was a pre assigned load that hadn't been started yet. Nothing to make whole really. Usually in this case they will ask you if you want the load taken off or not. If having a pre assignment get screwed up or cancelled is a breach of contract I should get a lawyer and take a few years off. Not calling him a liar. Just shocked me based on my experience. Sni has always made me whole on loads that screwed up. But only active loads. Only thing I can figure is they couldn't find another truck to pick the load up and didn't want a service failure, but I can promise you they didn't have a aw shucks moment and just decide to lose money for the hell of it. Doesn't matter to me either way and I'm glad he made out on it. Just bored and can't think of anything else to argue about. Lol.

Which in turn means you either agree to operate per their agreement or hit the road. I'm good with it. Just never looked at it that way.
