    No, she slowly rolled through a stop sign. We were coming from a woods party and didn't want to leave trash around.

    doubt that matters in my state. in Ohio if you have empty beer cans in the bed of a pick up, some chips have issued open container violations to everyone.

    I sometimes drive with fifty or sixty open containers in my car on my way to the redemption center to get my deposit back.
    Never had a problem and I'm behind the wheel........
